Junior Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Junior Accountant you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the accounting field within the exciting context of a water adventure park.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and process invoices expense reports and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Assist with monthend and yearend close processes including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting tasks as required by management.
• Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accountingrelated inquiries and discrepancies.
• Support the senior accounting team in various adhoc projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
