Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in managing and organizing sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update the sales database and customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Generate sales reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
