Your main responsibilities are:
HR Executive for Retail population:
- Be the first point of contact for the teams and the managers within your population on all HR generalist topics
- Initiate the recruitment process (create Job Descriptions, advertise vacancies, screen applications and conduct first Interviews) in order to efficiently fill vacancies within the Boutiques
- Work closely with the Boutique Management teams and HR Retail team to create and maintain talent pools for each activity, with a strong focus on Emiratization
- Encourage the development of our teams through various HR processes such as Induction, Training, Missions and Mobility
- Advise our teams on various topics in respect of the local labor law and internal HR guidelines
- Update our internal HR systems and HR follow-up data in order to closely follow and drive the Retail HR activity
Coordination:
- Coordinate with the HR Administration team for topics such as offer and contract preparation, letter preparation, HR induction for new joiners and probation follow up
- Coordinate and follow up with retail Managers on the Appraisal Cycle for your population, analyze appraisal results
- Coordinate with the HR People Development team in order to register employees for Trainings and to suggest required trainings for your population based on Managerial requests
- Coordination and implementation of global and local HR projects for the retail population
You have a Degree and 1-2 years experience as an HR generalist in an international company, within a Retail environment. You have excellent communication skills, and a real sense of service. You are creative, flexible and able to adapt quickly to new ways of working.
