Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sushi Commis 1
Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail
High level of experience working in busy sushi sections
Easily able to switch between work on maki/sushi/sashimi/nigiri sections
Eye for detail and ability to create premium sushi platters
The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow
An engaged and collaborative team player
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task, is flexible and agile
Consistently performs at ones best
