Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to collate disparate sources of information and synthetize to key themes and takeaways
- Comfortable with metrics and assembling scorecards or reports at various altitudes – quantitative analysis paired with strong critical thinking questioning the value, the insight driven by the numbers
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of problem-solving methods to inform an approach or create a framework to tackling a workstream
- Strong team player, self-motivated and able to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities and performing data collection and analysis
- Extremely organized and love to build out or enhance processes

- Proven outstanding communication skills to develop and deliver presentations and associated summaries to colleagues
- Payments industry knowledge/familiarity
- Prior experience in Consulting a plus.
- Prior experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Operations
- Attention to detail and ownership of work product, drive things to completion
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables
- Identifies opportunities for strategic, operational, and organizational improvements
