الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly.
- Oversee the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and support.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client information in the companys CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
