Oversee the planning, editing and writing of content for a variety of internal communication channels, and provide expert level advise, for communicating with managers and people internally, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages and communications.
Manage the preparation of the internal communication responses to crisis situations to protect the organizational perception and reputation.
PR & Media
Drive the successful implementation of various public relations initiatives and corporate events and build partnerships to ensure the organization s image is always portrayed and projected in the best possible manner in line with the desired brand positioning.
Direct the development and management of professional relations with external media in order to develop effective relationships to promote the COMPANY s image.
Serve as the principal contact for incoming communication from the media and public, promote the development of strong media relations, and represent COMPANY at public meetings, to create optimum opportunities for exposure.
Direct all media engagements, develop innovative methods of communicating through these channels, and guide the review and screening of local, regional and national print, broadcast and online media coverage, to support further enhancement of COMPANY s unique image across the target audiences.
Event Management
Engage in the planning, organizing, and managing of preparations for all events including but not limited to conferences, forums, summits, etc. according to executive instructions to ensure effective execution in line with plans, standards, and objectives.
Coordinate all event logistics, including planning timetables, booking venues, supervising contractors and third-party suppliers such as exhibition layout and advertising designers stand suppliers, audio-visual production companies and caterers hospitality ensuring delivery of the proper company brand image and that guests are extended all due courtesies and respect.
Leverage the usage of digital media through identifying suitable platforms and developing attractive content with regards to events to ensure conveying the right message.
Develop, manage, and maintain professional relations with business partners, suppliers, contractors, agencies, clubs, etc. with respect to Events Management activities.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Direct the development of short- and long-term corporate social responsibility strategies that have social and economic impact on the community to enhance COMPANY s image.
Oversee all CSR activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities to raise awareness of COMPANY s commitment to CSR and generate publicity around its altruistic endeavors.
Requirements
Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communication, or any related field.
12+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Communication and Public Relations.
Should have experience in Financial Institution, Brokerage, Stock Exchange etc
