الوصف الوظيفي
Leads the design of structure and navigation for web and multimedia initiatives, including development of usability documentation pertaining to user/functional requirements. Oversees the enterprise portal and content management system support, developments, and upgrades.
Responsible for seeking and investigating new ways to serve the internal and external constituencies and for ways to use the Internet and portal to more effectively in order to increase the institution's internal efficiency, flow of information and communication systems. Prioritize and dispatch bugs and change requests and track their completion.
Contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value.
