Responsibilities:
Preparing baseline Bills of Quantity reports from Engineering Drawings.
Convert and validate Engineering outputs, prepare, and provide data input files for ERP system for cost, revenue, and accounting purpose.
Prepare comparison reports for Initial Bills of Quantities and Actual Quantities.
Preparation of preliminary cost estimates and cost for plans of a pipe shop fabrication project.
Prepare Cost Estimates and preparation of pricing documents for Post Award changes, variations, and additional work.
Identify new/additional Billing Quantities compared to the existing Schedule of Rates
Provide input for the Finance department for monthly and quarterly revenue recognitions.
Preparation of the Bill of Quantities and/or specification documents for Subcontract tendering purposes.
Pricing of Bill of Quantities or negotiating and agreeing on Schedule of Rates.
Review requests for variation orders, claims, and bank charges.
Verify and validate the subcontractor s Invoices based on the interim payments for milestone or progress billing.
Reconciliation of final settlement bills of quantities for Project Closing.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Industrial)
Experience-5-7 Years in a similar role.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Sound knowledge of construction.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
