Technician (HVAC) Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Checking and rectifying all the repairs, maintenance & construction works as directed which reflects on the standard of the Hotel.
• Ensure all the ice machines, fridges, cold rooms, Plant rooms, HVAC, chillers equipment are tested and maintained as per requirements.
• Ensure that all Work Order, PPM & CWA's and General Maintenance works are executed as directed by the Team Leaders.
• Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical /Mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Identification of HVAC /Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing spares & FLS equipment.
• Good all round skills / high standard.
• Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Department Policies, Process and Procedures.
• Knowledge of Building Management System.
• Basics Knowledge and understanding of engineering related drawings.
• To select correct materials from engineering stores.
• To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require
• Work on own initiative without full detailed supervision or direction.
• To ensure safe working conditions for yourself and your colleagues and report to senior colleagues of any unsafe working conditions.
• To ensure that work areas are left in a safe and tidy condition
• To able to attend guest room complaints time to time.
