• Define, manage, and optimise the key pillars of the Group’s digital performance: traffic acquisition, platform optimisation, analytics, and product management.
• In conjunction with the VP Brand Marketing, Digital and Loyalty and HQ Department Heads, formulate, plan, and execute the Group’s annual Brand and Digital Marketing Strategy in line with the company’s vision, mission and strategy.
• Contribute to group’s digital transformation, especially regarding use of MarTech vendors.
• Develop and manage annual Brand and Digital Marketing departmental budget and annual SBU budget instructions in alignment with the approved strategy.
• Provide troubleshooting and functional support across the digital pillars as needed.
• Generate incremental, realized room nights on Jumeirah.com as well as via the new mobile site – actively contributing towards the Group’s commercial strategy.
