Acting as a project manager for the proposal, ensuring adherence to proposal process and milestones, including stakeholders engagement, communication management, proposal plan definition and follow up, reviews management, proposal quality control, and so forth.
Contributing to the analysis of the request for proposal (RFP) business requirements.
Raising and contributing to addressing potential response risks.
Preparing a proposal template in compliance to RFP requirements
Reviewing and editing proposals and similar material, ensuring content quality in terms of structure, language clarity, completeness of all required content and attachments, and compliance to the RFP.
Communicating promptly and effectively with response stakeholders for questions, clarifications, and issues that might affect proposal timely delivery.
Supporting the sales team in preparing the financial proposal in terms of highlighting RFP cost-related items, facilitating the reflection of project deliverables in the pricing and payment terms, and occasionally supporting in financial proposal template, as needed.
Supporting the sales team by highlighting the formal corporate documents and agreements required in the RFP.
Communicating with and managing third parties, such as subcontractors and prime bidders, as proposal stakeholders responsible for the response to their respective scope of work.
Occasionally developing projects write-up and other material as needed.
