حول LEAP

LEAP was founded in 2004 as a result of founder Orly Rosenfeld’s passion for helping native speakers in Israel find jobs that cater to their strengths. With many years of experience in human resources, she had a first-hand understanding of how valuable foreign language speakers are for the success of the international companies she worked with. But many of these talented foreign language speakers sadly fell through the cracks, due to limited Hebrew and connections in their adopted homeland. As an Israeli raised in the United States, Orly empathized and decided to do something to help: She founded LEAP. Since its beginnings, LEAP has given over 12,000 people from a wide array of cultures and backgrounds a chance to build a satisfying career in Israel. We hope you’ll join us on our continuing journey.
