Job Description:
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Deal with the main client-side engineer, Project manager, and Main contractor supervise.
- Deal with internal laborers
- Ability to train low-skill/Non-Skild Gypsum workers, Carpenter, and Painters.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Job Description/Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Site handling
- Site Progressive reports daily basis
- Time management skills for project completion in target timeline.
- Quality of work and speed of work inspector daily and reposting to the office
- The ability of workers dealing with duty time
- Time punctuality.
- All the Above points are a must and compulsory.
